I've eaten 10 bananas a day for 10 years

Hey guys it's freely so today I want to talk about my experience of eating 10 times a day on average for the past 10 years and sometimes any of me is 25 to 30 bananas every single day for weeks on end and sorry if there's a little bit of noise outside it is raining pretty crazy so sorry about that

 today the average American consumes between 2,500 and 75 hundred milligrams of sodium that is a lot of sodium a lot of water retention and it's mainly found in animal products and also hidden in these foods in these junk foods so that's far more than the RDI of 200 milligrams per day that the body needs but then on the other hand you have most Western diets not even reaching 25 hundred milligrams of potassium which is only about half of what the recommended daily intake is a minimum of forty seven hundred milligrams of potassium per day for adults so that's my first benefit of having 10 bananas per day on average for the past ten years okay so number two is to do with irritable bowel syndrome overcoming irritable bowel syndrome was a huge thing for me I always had terrible digestion always had stinky gas I was always bloated as you can see I'm not bloated anymore I felt terrible so overcoming that was amazing so now I have bulky fluffy push free poos instead of those dry little scratchy torpedoes and it is amazing nice and regular and nice and bulky that is what you want for your bowel health I spent so much money on specialists I went to a gastroenterologist and spent over $400 for two sessions and he sent me for an endoscopy the endoscopy came back and he said that I had inflammation of the gut and I'm like no shit Sherlock I can feel that so that's all he told me which I already knew and then he tried to prescribe me some special drugs which I just refused I didn't want drugs anymore I just walked out of there but I also went to other specialists as well I went to a Chinese man some doctor who actually took a cigarette break in the middle of our appointment and he gave me these little beads which did nothing at all I also saw a very overweight Ayurvedic doctor and he said I can't have any raw food I have to eat more meat because I'm a varta type and that just made me sicker than ever I also saw a morbidly obese naturopath who gave me these tinctures which just left me feeling nauseous I spent thousands and thousands of dollars and nothing was working until I found bananas so at this point my colon was desperately deficient in fruit fiber not the fishin in some drugs not deficient in some textures in some herbal recipes or anything like that I was deficient in fiber first and foremost so every fiber provides important bulk to your poo you want those bulky poops and bananas in particular are exceptionally rich source of the prebiotic fiber which is called fructose oligosaccharides prebiotics are non digestible food fibers that help nourish the probiotics a good bacteria in your colon so why is this a good thing because these beneficial bacteria actually help your body absorb nutrients and also help protect you against those bad bacteria from breeding in your gut so any multiple bananas a day helps your nutrient absorption your immune system and helps your friendly bacterial population in your colon this means you're gonna have a stronger digestive system and you're gonna have more protection against illness and disease which a lot of people in the society are suffering from ok so they are just two major benefits that I have described in detail as you can see they are supported by science but there are other things like improved skin improved mood I used to have depression and suicidal tendencies and I don't have that feeling at all I feel really really happy the majority of the time and bananas really really help with that also there's chronic fatigue syndrome which bananas have helped with and also fungal infections so there's a whole bevy of benefits to having multiple bananas a day and if you if you think like 10 min of they is too much to handle and just start with a couple of bananas a day try and reach the the recommended daily intake minimum of 4700 grams of potassium and you get like about 500 milligrams per large banana of potassium so you're gonna try and at least reach for the minimum and then up until 8 to 5 and then get to 10 bananas and honestly your life will change .
